How to use?Once folded, the cup is gently inserted into the vaginal canal and sits naturally in place by the vaginal muscles for up to 12 hours. Just simply empty 2-3 times a day. From then on, you can sleep comfortably all night long during your period.
To remove it, pinch the flower-striped base with your forefinger and thumb. Squeeze the base of the cup until you feel a release of suction. Rock the cup sideways while pulling it down by the base of the cup.
Make sure you do not pull the cup by the stem, this will cause the contents to leak out. The function of the stem is to guide your finger to the base of the cup so that you can pull the cup out of the rippled base.

The package went less one month in San Diego. I haven't communicated with store support. The instructions say the cups must be stored in a cotton bag, which is attached, and a bag is attached, but sometimes it loses its threads. I will wear it in a cotton bag, otherwise when these polyester fibers get caught, the body will definitely fall off. I'm quite happy.
